WHY SETTL EXISTS
Because home isn't always the best place to work.
Remote and hybrid work gave people more freedom, but it also created a new problem. Some days home works perfectly. Other days, it can feel distracting, isolating, cramped or simply too far from where the rest of the day is happening.
At the same time, hotels, cafes, pubs and other hospitality venues already have comfortable spaces open during quieter periods.
Settl connects those two things.

Settl did not need to build more places to work. Great hotel lounges, cafes, pubs, coworking spaces and hospitality venues were already around us.

Settl started with a simple frustration.
I kept needing somewhere to work between meetings, while travelling or on days when home simply was not the right option.
The choice often felt like paying for coworking or guessing which cafe would be happy to have a laptop open for a few hours. But thousands of good places were already around us. The problem was finding them.
That simple frustration is where Settl started.
FROM REEF TO SETTL
A new name. The same idea, built properly.
Settl grew from Reef, but it is more than a rename. We rebuilt the platform around what we learned and what users told us, creating a cleaner, more useful experience for individuals, teams and venues.
